Lately whenever I take a photo I can review it and share it with whoever but when I go to the gallery it shows me a grey patch with and exclamation mark in the middle of it. Please advise. I have a note 10 plus and it is a couple of months old.
I have same issue, but not with camera photo, it's with screen write that I moved from internal to SD Card, some are fine and others are grey background with exclamation mark. how to resolve this?
It seems that you are saving pictures in memory card .....if it is so...don't save more pics in it and try any recovery software to give it a shot I am not promising but sometimes it works.... Buy original branded memory card. This problem happens when the sd card start to corrupt
