Dear users,
Built in call recorder is available in Note 9 Indian firmware. I bought this phone from Bahrain and there was no built in call recorder available. As my device is running on android Pie third party call recorders were not working. Now I reached India and when I factory reset the device with an Indian sim card inserted I got the option to record calls.
So the Indian firmware version for note 9 have built in call recorder support.
