Call Recording is not working in my Galaxy Note 10 Lite SM N770F - Wifi Calling is Turned OFF

I recently bought my Galaxy Note 10 Lite SM N770F and the call recording is not working, I have turned off the Wifi Calling and still, I do not see that option to call record.

if wifi calling is on then it won't record. WiFi calls never get recorded at least in my Note 9 and thats why I've turned it off unless there's network issue.
