Call Recording is not working in my Galaxy Note 10 Lite SM N770F - Wifi Calling is Turned OFF

I recently bought my Galaxy Note 10 Lite SM N770F and the call recording is not working, I have turned off the Wifi Calling and still, I do not see that option to call record. 

Hope to get help on this issue. Thanks in advance

If you have selected option of selected numbers then you have to click 3 dots when you receive any call

or
if you are using true caller then turn it off or uninstall it and install it again..just give a try

- I'm not sure with this one,

- I am not sure if I am using a true caller. Since this is a new phone I just got 2 days ago.

I have updated and posted a screenshot about that there is no option for the call record.

Have you bought phone from India and using it in India ? Or some other country.
Call recording is country specific feature.

Bought it here in the Philippines. I previously use Note 5, which has a call recording, before I upgraded to Note 10 lite.

So, you bought it from India or outside..as call recording is not allowed in some countries

that country device don't have that facility in recent devices ...only specific devices have
