Whats app messanger notification not received after enable/disable the ultra data saving mode.

Hey Boby,

As I know about UDS, there are some options to add apps by which notification for background processes are enabled. You can check with the added apps in UDS. May be whatsapp is not added, that may be the reason for not receiving notifications. :)
