Whenever I am using any browser, be it chrome or Samsung browser, and I click any website link, I am provided with an option to open that website in any other browser. I don't want to set any default browser but when I am browsing in any browser, it shouldn't ask to open that link in any other browser and instead it should open the links in the same browser where I am browsing currently. This was not the case on Galaxy note 9 and nor is the case with Google pixel 2. I have tried this and can't seem to find any solution.

I don't want to set a default browser because there are certain other apps where I browse articles and in such cases I would not like to open my primary browser such as chrome. But if I am browsing in chrome, then it should open links in chrome itself and not ask to open links in other apps. This is not the case in note 9 or even pixel 2.

I have always used multiple browsers and never faced such issue on any device; even on note 9. I have recorded the issue here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/13oT274hHr87jhs4Q8nyg6M7c5UplwzdH/view?usp=drivesdk

Thank you everyone for your time. But my issue is hard to explain and I can't figure it out how to solve it. My primary purpose is to open links in chrome when I am surfing in chrome and to open links in secondary browser (floating browser) when I am surfing in other apps such as instagram or facebook or any other app for that matter.

Update : It was a third party app named Mr Phone which caused the issue.
