When I click on Bluetooth, the opening message I receive mentions a phone name which is not my Galaxy Note 9. It says "Your phone (dbxxxxx) is visible to other devices ..." However, my phone is Galaxy Note 9, not dbxxxx! Why is this happening and how do I resolve the issue, if any.

I know I can change my phone name in Settings but my problem is that my phone name is not displaying correctly in the Blue Tooth Settings page

Yes it happens and has no problem , Your device knows that its name is Note 9 but i guess that i some sort of code which gets shown and maybe it is a bug but it wont make any problem.
