Sir, my Galaxy note 8 does colour fade/ black crust in low light. Please tell me any solution.

in low light and indoor my phone black colour fade and screen resolution like 480p.

it's black crush issue ...s9 and note8 suffering this at present ...vulnerability in samsung own software creating this issue

But despite the update of 585.24 mb on 27th August 20, it did not any solution.

bro I got my s9 update in this August..and I installed it from samsung service center as I do this everytime...I can also feel this time somehow in little high brightness also display is dim like...don't understand which is called issue fixed and which is called new issue in samsung software

To resolve the issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.


2. Reset the device:- Settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with screenshots, short videos and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

There is also the same issue in safe mode. When sending a screenshot to another phone, the image appears correct when viewed but my phone only shows the actual display in sunlight.
