Bixby facing prob.

i am using NOTE 8
i have been using bixby quite a while since the time it is launched and many times it happens that it says LOOK'S LIKE THERE IS A CONNECTION PROBLEM even though thats not the case because my internet is working.
you can see in pictures i tried to say HI BIXBY HOW ARE YOU AND IT SHOWS ERROR THAT NO CONNECTION. But when i loaded a video on youtube then i saw my internet is fine.
AND Sometimes bixby stops working totally then i have to restart my cellphone.
PLEASE COMMENT IF ANYONE IS FACING SAME ISSUE

and also bixby should work in offkine mode to control basic cellphone functions what is the need of net in controlling the cellphone for bixby
