Bixby facing prob.

i am using NOTE 8
i have been using bixby quite a while since the time it is launched and many times it happens that it says LOOK'S LIKE THERE IS A CONNECTION PROBLEM even though thats not the case because my internet is working.
you can see in pictures i tried to say HI BIXBY HOW ARE YOU AND IT SHOWS ERROR THAT NO CONNECTION. But when i loaded a video on youtube then i saw my internet is fine.
AND Sometimes bixby stops working totally then i have to restart my cellphone.
PLEASE COMMENT IF ANYONE IS FACING SAME ISSUE

swipe side of your Palm from one side of screen to other like from left to right

yea . i too have the same problem . bixby listens to my command and then it disappears . it does not execute it . it has happnened many times and i had to restart my phone . need an update soon

It's not working for me even after restarting the phone

facing the same problem, sometimes a restart works but bixby has become very usable with this problem. Samsung please fix this issue quickly
