Best One UI Feature.

I have been using OneUI for almost 1 month and one of the best and most required feature is when you rotate your screen in any app and Auto Rotate is turned off a Little Icon Appears on bottom right corner to rotate the screen for the moment, as someone whon almost never turns off auto rotate it's a big thing.

Hey, I had updated to pie a couple of weeks back. Loved the rotate toggle that appears when you switch off auto rotate. But I no longer get the toggle button. Is there any setting where it can be enabled?
