I purchased note 10plus just 7 months back and its AKG earphone mic is not working and may be the problem with c type jack but samsung care refused to help by saying it's out of warranty.
It's a Samsung flagship phone see how they care to the customers.
The phone is worthless and I will suggest not to buy note10plus it has a heating problem and suddenly battery goes down and some time it takes 20 min to restart.
And now earphone not working with in 7 months.
Not a good idea to purchase this at this very high cost. I am also going to sell this.
