Bixby wont respond when videos are being played on youtube. you pause the video and say Hi bixby it will respond. I have set bixby to high sensitivity mode and also the setting to let bixby wakeup when any media is playing on my phone is turned on..

We would like to inform you Kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern :- - Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences. - Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Bixby >>Clear data. - Setup the Bixby again and check the issue is fixed or not. - Please run your device in safe mode.
