Android UI one pie related

I have galaxy note 9 but still I have not received any updates after December security patch why delaying of receive pie UI ONE Update

Its totally stable with no lag or any bug...u can upgrade it with no fear of anything

I was UI ONE beta tester but when I was update by service center they installed again previews version.
can I go to again beta taster . If yas than how ?
