Devices which are android p out of box will be having treble support, besides all pixel devices. It is upto manufacturers whether to support it's devices with treble project or not. Samsung might support note8 with project treble, but after all this is samsung😉
if look Android p actually 2 year behind the touch UI of Samsung all the features are all ready found on the Galaxy note8 that are in beta in Android p so why worry about .. just wait what can we get with Samsung own Android p version ..
