I'm having note 20 ultra 5G and still not get android 12 official and January security updates 

If any one have some solution please tell

You have a problem with your device. The Note 20 Ultra 5G users have already got the Android 12 update long ago. Downlaod Android 12 on your mobile via smart witch or go to service center. They will flash firmware.

Update it through Smart Switch if you have a laptop or pc...
