Check your phone status please
1. Storage
2. Take out Sim card
3. Unroot your phone if it is
4. Data and cache wipe through recovery
5. Use pc . Smartswitch tool to check for updates

6 . You can always update manually by downloading the firmware and using Odin tool

All the above are simple ways to solve your problems with this update

It did for me at the 13th of January

Other European countries got it at first week
At the moment everyone did

Factory reset please just to make sure

Dates are not a 100% accurate
