Pie is last for it officially.. But as Samsung announced 3 major updates for flagship and note 9 is not that old to leave hope they may consider it.. But as of now not possible..
If you think of custom roms no you will loose knox and related apps. Once knox is tripped nothing you can do but replace motherboard.. In official you can use Spay and many knox features.. So, don't think of it.
