I m facing some issues regarding the audio of my Note 9 after the one ui 2.0. The sound appears to be decreased to about 80% and when someones calling the top speaker sound too low than the one ui 1.0.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > speaker).
2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
