Bro..As per Current Update Policy..It won't be getting Android10 with One UI 2, Since it is premium Handset of 2017 and got Two major updates already (Oreo n Pie)..Hence no new major update....
It's very unlikely that Note 8 will get Android 10 (because as per policy, it has already got 2 major OS updates from launch). But as Note 8 is very powerful device which has a capable hardware to run Android 10 and if Samsung decides to make an exception (since many people across the globe are still using this amazing device), we may get Android 10 by Q1 2020 !!
