ok next time see the forum them comment android is made by google not Samsung and Google states 2 majors os upgrades so there is nothing Samsung can do
because one plus doesn't have so many different models of phone mate I mean look at how many various phones Samsung has and for each model of phone Samsung has to pay high amount in millions for new version since one plus has only very few models it's easy for them to pay and get and manage

I could understand your feelings but what to do it's always like that. it's not just Samsung it's all the Android is like this. they won't get updates like iOS. even my note 9 will lose its 'life' with Android 10 update. but i think you guys will get security updates. this is what all I can do. I use to come across a lot of questions regarding this. the only thing that I could do is to console people like you
