As per reports The Beta programme for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 | Note 10+ and S10 family may start from 21st October, 2019.
Let's see if the reports are correct.

you can expect the update within some days as S10 family recieved the October update few days back and Note 10 started receiving it Today only so i guess it will come soon to A series maybe before 20th.
