Ambient sensor not working

Good morning. I am Prashant and I am using Note 10 Lite. After recent software updation, ambient light sensor is not working while I am in phone call. Please resolve

I'm Devender Kumar, i have Samsung A31. Ambient light sensor not working in this phone. Display light never adjust automatically when i use phone in dark or bright area. So please resolve this issue
