Air Actions are not working on galaxy note 10

Always it is showing s pen is disconnected. Even reset s pen option also not working. Could any one help me...

I have this exact same problem with my S6 tablet. I bought a replacement pin on Amazon. It says Samsung and everything I mean it is identical but it's made by a 3rd party. It functions perfectly except for air actions. And every time I stick it in its holder and say connect it will spend for about a minute and a 1/2 and say could not connect to your S pen. But it knows it's there it charges and works in every other way except for successfully connecting and air actions. No air actions will work At all.Very strange that everything else works. Did even knows it's a pen when I put it close to the screen the little circle with the pin shows up that if I tap it it will give me all the things it can do.Any ideas? Was yours also a replacement pen that looks identical and even says Samsung on it? I know this is a whole thread but my screen looks basically exactly like yours every day when it tries to connect.Is it could not connect then I would think I couldn't do any of the other things with it so none of it makes sense to me and I am getting restless lol. Thank you

In my case there is problem in phone they change spen from another device and still its not connecting but mine connects to other device that means there is problem in phone and now they are saying that change display and motherboard
