ANDROID 10 UI 2.00 NOT UPDATED

IAM using note 9 Samsung Galaxy I was purchased DUBAI UAE, but I am registered my device from India sim, right now IAM live in india, but I didn't get any new version 10 so what I can do ? Please anyone can help me
