Most Samsung device's, newer ones support both carrier aggregation & VoNR. But some older Samsung 5G devices support only VoNR or Carrier aggregation. My S20 FE 5G supports only VoNR. See the screenshot i attached of my Mom's Galaxy A23 5G. It's using n28+n78 band combo at the same time. Also do note that Samsung phones don't show 5G+ symbol like other chinese phones show...
Now talking about VoNR, currently Samsung hasn't implemented the VoNR icon on it's 5G devices, that's the reason why it shifts to 4G when we get or place a call. But their's a trick by which you can use VoNR to make & receive calls. Just install the netmonster app from the play store & select NR Only from It's settings. But do note that, if VoNR isn't launched in your city then if you place call then you'll be unable to hear anything. Also do note that if call goes over VoNR then you could face voice breaking or call disconnection issues as 5G is in trial phase yet. Got some information from Samsung support. They say that Jio has locked this feature from its side for all Samsung phones. Jio has to unlock it for Samsung phones.
