How to turn on voice input on Samsung keyboard?

I'm not getting it..

I have disabled Google app.Is that the reason?

setup your google assistance than setup your google voice typing than

all these can be done from settings - general management- language and input - on screen keyboard

yes google voice typing will not work if you DISABLE google services
