vibration not working

My phone stops vibration M31 IS anyone else also facing same problem please tell

Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app and check the result
(Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>...))

this happen and tried already change vibration setting but nothing happens

that means might have some issue please visit service centre , as for this issue you can't get help remotely

otherwise reset(get backup of your personal data before reset) your once it's may be help.

Bro,once change vibration intensity

and perform normal phone reset settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings(this is normal phone reset settings)

settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences
