usb tethering problem

usb tethering is not working in samsung m21 .before update it is working . Hotspot also not there in connections settings i want to search in settings for Hotspot it is update issue or not.

Restart your phone then try and turn on developer mode and turn onn usb debugging

you may want to try the following, not sure if it works, but still you may want to give it a shot:

settings - general management - reset

photos and saved files as such are not lost.
