If you have truecAller you can use it as default phone app to get full screen caller I'd. Instead of trying 3rd party apps you can use it if already present.

There is no official option to set full screen caller ids..you have to search some 3rd party apps(personally,I won't recommend)..

According to quarterly update list you get September security.. As before march, June as per schedule and July is just addon for some system bugs which users didn't noticed. So, as per original schedule September.
