the blue dot near the navigation key

so I have my phone all fine til evening and I saw some blue dot in the bottom and didn't throw the phone and nothing happened, this get suddenly blue dot n I have no idea why this comes 

please help me out🙏

May be display issue. Go to service center and check. If its in warranty and no physical damage then they will replace it free of cost. Otherwise you have to pay if you wants to replace it
