smart view not working n also d music folder empty

Smart view option is not working from last 2 upgrade happened. 

Only individual app page, cast option works but not the whole phone cast working whjch is smart view to cast.

Also musics folder is empty and not able to play anything. 

Evrytime full of useless apps getting downloaded along with software upgrade, this such weird and illegal without client consent. 

Any one facing such issue? Any solution yet??

Clear cache data of smart view and try again

Go to system apps

Go to settings >apps>click 3 lines right side of "your apps" enable "show system app"
>>search in search bar (just type smartview">click on it>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.

i have done tht already, didn't get any reply. if u say thank u fr writing to samsung, u should gv solution also. instead of sendjng to someother source.
