I updated my m30 on 24th of dec and after that my phone is running utterly slow, why do they provide such updates which degrade the functionality of our cell phone, samsung should fix this asap!!
Try updating apps and try fixing all the issue if it has by going to device care , if the problem still persists . please report your issue from the feedback in samsung members app, so that it can be fixed at the earliest.
Please perform the following steps: >Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now). > Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
