it's because yore device is not eligible for Knox security (option for flagship devices)...

not possible....if you want it then you have to root your device...and I will definitely not recommend to you

ok bro.... but in my J7prime once I have rooted it so secure folder was blocked but when I flash it & installed rom again but now secure folder not working in that phone even it is unroot now.. can u help

did you already root your device? if not then please don't do that....if you rooted already then I can tell you

yes I m.talking about j7 prime my other device, which I rooted by twrp& magisk but since then I have clear & wipe all data thru twrp and flashed rom again on j7 prime nd phone is not showing rooted when I m checking with check root app but not able to use secure folder & Samsung health...
