I don't know how it happen....

Everything is working correctly { touch }

And i am also able to see... But it looks too bad and i think it cause more problem in future so plz suggest me for this problem that what should ido??

And Show Your Phone to Him and If Warranty Available Then Replace The Screen

This is display burnig. Common in amoled. Visit the service center ASAP and change it.

your screen is damaged. you need to replace it. this colour will spread in your full screen within 2 or 3 days. I faced the same problem with my a9

Used sanatizer on it?
sansitizer can be the caveat use isopropyl alcohol to clean your phone
