I am using samsung M40 From Turkey andit has type-c earphones and usb socet that came with the phone on galaxy m40 and yesterday both type c earphones and type c usb are not working
i use the the orijinal ones that came with the phone box but unfortunately whenever i connect the type c to my pc it doesnt work and the earphones also not working i open the radio but it says plug in the erphones i have such problem can you help me
i tried to download firmware update Samsung USB-C headset but it says your phone doesnt support this......????
🤔🤔🤔 .... I have had this problem for a while .. The port will safely clean the dust particles. If there is no way to get it to work properly go to the Samsung Service Center
