in the recent update of my samsung m31 i got a critical network issue problem. network never get full at all location. please dont give tips like try to reinsert the sim and check network setting and blah blah i have done all but the issue still continue. another thing that in income call when i pick the phone even call dont connect for a long time same issue with outgoing call i get a major delay in coonection more then 20 second. samusng please resolve the isssue asap or i have to **bleep** this phone. disappointed alot.

the phone is picked but still shows incoming call. even i dont got full network in well connected area.

the problem is even worse if you operate the phone in dual sim.when i purchased this phone i had to remove one sim to use this phone otherwise i barely got 4g anywhere

yes Samsung m series can't handle dual 4g with good signal..

use samsung band selection. lock b3 for better signal and speed ..this is the only way to get proper signal and and speed .....after doing this if problem still there  .then call your network operator customer care ....for more details check on YouTube. so many videos available about Samsung band selection  .

thanks Samsung_support2 for your concern. but i want you to notice that my problem is not of that type which will generate error report. The problem is with your update not my individual phone piece. Please don't answer same copy paste (please send error log file) for all problems of user.

Me too got the same issue after I updayed to the latest version which is on Aug 15th my connectivity lost. I am unable to make neither any calls nor receive.. people are complaining that I am always out of network..my phone shows either emergency calls only or no service on both the SIM.  Is this fix has been tedted before it released?
