actually I had to purchase before 5 day samsung m10 then I have face a problem with this phone . problem is when I am download any application from Google play store then application not completely downloaded if it is complete then start redownload automatically and show problem "it can't download and fix problem like this kind of problem show . but when I am remove memory card then phone work properly. but I am many cards but my problems is not solve so what I will do ...

your sd cards may contain virus so better format them and use it in your phone

this is because when u keep something downloading from playstore keep the playstore to run in background don't close it....try it once it may work or visit service centre....

1-Press Power Button to Turn off your Samsung Galaxy M10.
2-Press Volume Down+Power Button For 10 to 15 Seconds.
3-You will See Recovery mode on your mobile screen.
4-Use Volume button select β€œrecovery ” to confirm by pressing power button.
5-Select Wipe Data three times to confirm Power Button.
6-After that Select Ok To Clear all your data to confirm press by the power button.
7-After that Back to confirm it by the power button.
8'From recovery mode select β€œreboot system”. And your phone is hard reset now..

""BEFORE DOING THIS HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR PHONE DATA BECAUSE BY DOING THIS ALL YOUR DATA WILL BE LOST""..

This whole process take less than 30 minutes...After all this if you still face the same problem..then take your phone to service centre as it's less than 10 days you bought your phone..So if there is hardware problem then they will make DOA and you will get another new handset..And if problem is related to software they will resolve it..
