Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
2) Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
3) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
4) If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
5) If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service centre with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
