Sometimes  when i switch off my phone and after that when i switch on the phone it's not opening until i pulg in charge and sometimes it freezes also. I face this thing lot off time's . Please fix this problem . I hope you'll fix the problem thanku

I think you should visit Samsung service center and check your device. As I think it's a Internal problem.

i don't think so because i visit services centers and they said don't worry it's nothing to take serious

You should visit service centre and tell them in this way that after I switched off my device with say 70% battery, device is not turning on.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Perform the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

2) Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

3) Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

4) If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

5) If still issue not resolved, please visit to the authorized Samsung service centre with device and have it inspected for further resolution.
