phone not started after Android 10 update on m30s

Recently m30s get one ui 2 update with android 10. During update the phone didn't started. I try restart using volume down and power key but it also not work. 

Then what should I do

keep phone connected to power supply for one hour .... means charge it for atleast 1 hour ....
after that press volume up button and power button simultaneously and hold them for 10 seconds.
please try once this.

use smart switch and connect to pc and try to update again.
