Everytime after a call, the phone gets stuck in call mode.
As a result no sound comes out of speaker grill,volume control for media doesn't work, no videos could be taken, basically the phone behaves as if a voice call is still active.
This gets resolved temporarily with a restart.
Please suggest.
This is a typical software issue, there hasn't been any problem with the hardware.
