I have just recieved the device( Samsung Galaxy M31) yesterday and it showed up with an issue of networks. I'm using a Jio voLTE 4G sim card and I have Jio using that sim for nearly more than 4 years. But it's not working properly in the newly bought Samsung device. I always turn/off my flight mode so as to get back the connectivity. I did watch many videos regarding the issue and found out many have been facing the same. Pls fix the issue soon.

According to me these is a common issue faced by many m31 and m21 users.So you first report the feedback by going to ask help in samsung members apk.And then kindly visit customer care for further help.And let know when your problem gets solved..

It can also be the problem of your sim card.

Try manually select the network. use device care and clean if doesn't work you need to change the SIM

To resolve Network issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/Ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
