network connectivity Problem

I need a help..In a outdoor data network connection low speed. I'm try to other Samsung M31 at same location that phone no connectivity problem... How could  I fixed this issue?

Restart your device. from your side you can only reset network
settings >general Management >reset >reset network

I'm also facing this issue. There is no way to solve this problem with required software update from Samsung. Samsung mobile are useless now. Purchase other smartphones.
