then

then
other security settings
then
on pin windows options
after on pin windows
u fill find that multi windows working

if not then u can contact customer care

with samsung chat
or phone number
or mail

When in recent apps, tap the small app icon above the app windows that is active, and you will find an option there for Open in Split Screen View.

Some devices not supporting such features..
Finally i got a solution for it
Install good lock from galaxy store>install one hand operation + >
Open one hand operation + > right or left hand add "task switcher" swip it and click 3dots for App pop up will be work...🤗
