I am not able to open multiscreen after pie updation , please help me out

once u open the any app,then click the recent key button ane tap the icon of app

when i tapped on icon i didn't get the option of split screen

If you are not getting option of split screen then it means that app doesn't support split screen mode .
e.g : Instagram , Hotstar etc. do not support split screen
