Is there any problem by using back cover

Just that it doesn't allow the heat to escape from your phone

if you use good quality cover, then there is no issue.
use official cases or use cases from brands like Spigen.

the material of local cases are not great also it doesn't give drop protection. some local cases does block network
and also overheating problems.

i feel that i get more battry performance without back case

not really, i use cases with my s8+ and note10+ both are working great and giving same performance.
yes but with my s8+, in outdoor conditions where the temperature is high like above 40° it does face some issue due to extreme heat
