mic problem in calling

Dear samsung india,

you are no. 1

so i purchase m31 8 GB variant in Rs 19400 

it has mic problem

mic is not working in calling

it is working in video recording

but not working in Calling

I am from Media,

and very dissappointed from this Samsung mic problem, please give me a Perfect solution

please onetime restart you device than check

restarted 4 time

it is
working on video calling, video recording, audio recording,  but when calling someone, it's mic didnot catch audio, it,s mic not working in calling,
20,000 Rs phone and mic not working....

ok go to member app get help section upper side interactive check option click you show mic option check here your mic work or not
