m40 vibration issue

I am using galaxy m40

My mobile is unexpected vibrating frequency of 30min to 1hr .is this a bug or can be solved by changing setting 0pease suggest me to solve it 

Or

Provide update to resolve issue of this unexpected vibration

hey praveen how are you.
I hope you are fine and doing good.
the issue you are talking about, same I faced few months ago on my s10+. after suffering a week I opened fb messenger then I noticed that someone added me to a group and multiple messages are being sent in the the group, and just because of these messages my phone was vibrating. after quiting that my problem got resolved. so I'll suggest you to check for the same and one more thing clear browser data may be some websites sending notifications with vibration only.
these are just suggestions according to my experience and knowledge.

try using it in safe mode, if working well then you should reset your device.

download NICE CATCH app from galaxy store, enable all permissions for that app. it give you vibrations records data then you which causes to vibration
