There are many apps in Google play store which you can use for editing your photos in your Android smartphone. Some of them are Snapseed, lightroom mobile, PicsArt, Pixlr, Photoshop Express etc.
Snapseed and lightroom mobile both are very effective editing apps and very easy to learn. You can use lightroom both in your mobile as well as your PC.
However just learning how to edit it will not be enough if you do not know how to take good photos. So, first learn how to take good photos. You can learn basic steps of photo editing using Snapseed and lightroom mobile by seeing videos from my YouTube channel.
