m31 not able to connect to car via bluetooth.

Using first Samsung mobile samsung galaxy m31. I'm not able to connect my phone to my honda jazz car via bluetooth. Car always  detects the phone but is not able to connect most of the time. Phone doesn't detect the car system all together.  Sometimes ablet on connect after phone restart but always. Never had this problem with any of my previous phones or with other phone in family. By the way phone is able to connect to other devices ie laptop  and bluetooth headphones.

mt car doesn't have android auto.

Maybe some bug in the software.Try reporting to Samsung about the issue via the get help section of the Member app

tried that and other methods. finally able to get it connected but has to remove and pair everytime.

no solution yet from samsung. though if I remove phone and add again then it gets connected. but it's not practical todo this everytime I start my car.
